2010 news
- June 27, 2010 Maria wrote to say that Macy entered both open obediance.........Macy
is so freaking amazing!!! I entered her in both open obedience and
grad novice hoping to finish her grad novice title and just to see
where she was in open. She Q'd ALL FOUR classes!!! So she finished
her Graduate Novice title (number 45) and has two legs on her CDX!!!
And came home with a whole pile of stuff because she placed all four
times. Not firsts but placements none the less. And she is still the
number one tervuren in herding too! So she is now
Ch Woodlawn's Kartouche CD, RAE, GN, HT, PT, HSAs, AX, AXJ, XF,
AXP, XJP, XFP, TT, EAC, S-NCC, OJC, O-TN-N, O-TG-N, O-WV-N
Wohoo! so proud of our girl!

May 16, 2010 Maria wrote to say Macy finished her XF agility title
with 2 more first places.. congrats again Maria on job well done.
- April 20, 2010 ~ Cheryl Hardman wrote to say that her boy Sting,
CH. Woodlawn Just To Die For CD, RAE, OA, OAJ ,CGC,U-CD,AG-l passed
his therapy dog International test March 20,10 Sting can now visit
nursing homes and hospitals, and visit with patients as a form of
therapy for the patients...Good job Sting!
- We would like to announce our newest AKC CH, Mawrmyth Xtra Xotic
Woodlan M.a.j.i.c. "WOLF"
who finished his Championship with a 3 and 4 point major in
Missouri with a total of 17 points. Wolf ,is sired by CH. Isengard's
just In Time CD RE HSADSC HIAS HXAS MX MXJ, Dam is CH. Mawrmyth Twinkle
Toes Mika. Breeder of wolf is Melody Jensen and Breeder Judge Marcy
Spalding...Wolf was shown to his Championship by Vicki Havicon.
- Champion Woodlawn's Kartouche CD RAE PT AX AXJ AXP AJP NF XFP [I
now call her the wonder dog] Belgian Tervuren herding stalistics for
2010 is rated number 2 ,tervuren ratings in all AKC trial classes,
points combined. Total points 179.5, dogs defeated 83. Congratulations
Maria and Macy, you make your breeder so proud!

- Diane Garrod wrote me to say that her boy Woodlawn K Smokey
Koyote CGC, completed his RN. Diane says thay Kody is working toward
his AKC Championship.

- Macy got her NAC, NCC, NJC, and WVN....all NADAC agility titles.

- Our Woodlawn Misty Morning Blues finished her Championship in
Bloomington/Normal On Saturday May 23rd with a 4 point major...had
a turn out of 7 lovely bitches...Misty is a Tuffy/Asta baby girl!
- 2009 Our belgian Sheepdog WOLF is just hitting the ring this
year...at his first show he won BOB for his very first point! May
2009 he was RWD to the major...he is a big boy and the sweetest thing
ever. Breeders are Marcy Spalding and Melody Jensen. Thanks again
Melody and Marcy for The Wolf.

- Maria writes to say that Macy finished her XFP, and in February
09 she also got her PT.
2008
- December 2008 Our pretty girl Misty won a 4 point major today
in Belleville , IL. Misty is out of our Homebred Ch. Asta and Vicki
Kelly's boy Tuffy! Misty now has 12 points, one major! We are very
proud of this lovely bitch!
- November 2nd, Macy double Q'd this weekend in Green Cove Springs
to finish her AXP and AJP (both first places). That will be her 10th
and 11th title this year and 20 and 21st title overall.
- October 31st I heard from Sally Erbe from New York with a nice
update on her puppy Beau...Hi Julie, I just want to keep you updated
on our wonderful puppy. Beau took first place in his obedience class
which ended last night. He beat out 2 German Shepherds, 2 Goldens,
a Beagle, a Newfie and a Schnauzer. He is the youngest in the class
by weeks or months. We are very proud of him. He loves class ( very
positive with good treats) and we will sign up for the next session
after the holidays. (Beau is a Teddy/briea puppy)
- October 25th Macy completes her novice fast preferred agility
title with a first place in Orlando, FL.
- On October 18 Maria called to say that her Macy won a group
2 in Albany, Ga. under Pat Gellerman.
- October Macy got a group 2 in Albany, Ga 10/18/08 finishing a
whirlwind tour of various venues over the past month. Last week I
dusted off her "rally" brain and entered her in a local
trial in two non-regular classes because she loves rally so much.
We won the rally T challenge class and along with my friend and her
aussie, we won the rally T challenge pairs competition. Two weeks
prior to that, Macy double Q'd in the agility ring to finish her open
standard preferred and open JWW preferred title and then turned around
and double Q'd the next day to start out her excellent levels. And
now a group 2! I couldn't be more proud of her versatility! Macy is
now: Ch Woodlawn's Kartouche CD RAE AX AXJ HT NF OAP OJP (multiple
group placer) Maria Oehler (out of money, energy and liver treats)
Again we just want to say how proud we are of Macy and Maria...they
make a great team, congratulations Maria!!!!!
- September 21st After taking a month off of dog showing and staying
home Macy is back with a vengeance. We went to Orlando this weekend
for an agility trial. She double Q'd yesterday in open preferred to
finish her OAP and OJP titles, that makes title 7 and 8 this year
and 17 and 18 overall. Then today we went back to start her Excellent
preferred titles and she double Q'd again so we have one standard
excellent preferred leg and one excellent jumpers preferred leg. She
went 4 for 4 this weekend! Unbelievable! What a dog! I'm soooo proud
of her!...Maria (4 perfect scores too! 4 first places)
- June 28th & 29th, Congratulations Cheryl Lee on your new
AKC CH. My Guy Heartnsoul CD,RE, Cher finished Guyver this weekend....and
we are are so excited for her! Guyver, is out of Vicki Kelley's CH.
Darboshea Howdoyoulikeme now and CH.WoodlawnI Classy Asta CD. We would
also like to congratulate Misty on her 4 points this weekend, Misty
is a littermate to Guyver. Great weekend for the Woodlawn dogs in
Ohio and Illinois.
- On June 1st in Ames, Iowa Sting finished his OAJ title with
1st place score of 100. Congrates Cheryl and Sting!
- June Maria wrote to tell me that Macy finished her NAP and NJP
titles and NA preferred titles....along with her open jumpers leg!
Congrats Macy and Maria on another job well done.
- May 8, 2008 Cheryl Hardman said that Sting finished
his OA title on May 10th in Rock Island, IL. with a first place! He
was one of only 2 dogs to qualify in open out of 26 entered. WOW!
- May 2008 Macy won 4 of 6 classes in agility, second in
the others, went high in trial in the preferred level, won excellent
B rally with a 100! third place in advanced B Rally with a 100 score....and
made the cut in the breed ring! All I can say is WOW Macy and Maria.
- April 27, 2008 Champion Woodlawnhill's Sting finished
his RAE today, owner Cheryl Hardman, Cher Lee from Ohio with Woodlawn's
Guyver picked up another point and only needs one more point to finish
his Championship, our very own Misty morning blues won BOB over class
dogs... Misty , and Guyver are out of Vicki Kelley's pretty boy Tuffy,
and Sting is sired by CH. Stonewall's Saber....proud of all three
dogs!
- March 2008 Macy finished her titles this month taking
first place in all her 3 classes that she was in, she picked up her
two jumpers legs and a staddard leg...she now has her AX and AJX title
and got 6 first place on all 6 legs.
- March 2008 Cher Lee said that Woodlawn's My Guy Heart
N Soul, CD,RE,CGC was awarded highest scoring terv in obediance and
rally in Louisville,KY. Congrats Cher!
- March 7, 2008 Cheryl Hardman wrote to say that CH Woodlawn Just
To Die For CD, U-CD, AG-1, RE, NA, NAJ [Sting] got his 3rd RAE leg
Friday night in WI. at the Regional under new rules that went into
effect in Jan. He won first in Excellent B and 3rd in advanced B.

- Feb.16,17 2008 Macy got her HT at the ABTC herding trial in Hilliard,
FL. Macy is a special girl with a super special owner that has taken
Macy to the top of everything she has done, like always the proud
breeder is all smiles!!!!!
- February 2008 More news in on our Macy girl , she has
been awarded the ABTC versatile tervuren, a high honor to be proud
of! This is Macy's 12th AKC title....like always we are proud of these
two high achievers.{ Maria and Macy} Watch for macy in the news, I
am sure there will be more to report in the future.
2007
- December 15,16th Cleveland, Ohio Woodlawn's My Guy Heart And
Soul gets second in rally both days and his RE title, and first in
the Novice Obediance class for his CD. Congratulations Cheryl!
- November 10, 2007:Cheryl Lee wrote today to tell me that Woodlawn
My Guy Heartnsoul earned his third rally advanced A leg today in Columbus,
Ohio with a near perfect 99 score and fastest time winning first place,
after that win Cheryl took Guyver to the obedience ring and won third
place with a 189 score! This is Guy's first CD leg...what a busy day
for Cher and Guy... two big wins in one day.!! Congratulations Cheryl
on the wins.ctober 20,21 2007: Cheryl Hardman went to the quad
cities this weekend and put 2 RAE legs on Sting, from what she tells
me he did a great job...Cheryl won a lovely 9" pewter plate for
high combined in advanced excellent. 8 more legs to go for his RAE
title. Congrats Cheryl and Sting!
- October 2007: On a sad note I am heartbroken to write that our
Fancy girl has gone to a better place. Fancy ,is Champion Woodlawn
Be A Fancy Liberte, sired by BIS,BISS LaBelle's A Liberte, Dam : Luisance
De Mont Cenis. Fancy was 16 this month, and never sick a day in her
life. I miss her more than words can say...you would look in her eyes
and see the soul of her heart...that sweet look will always be in
my mind and heart.
- October 14, 2007 Macy goes back to Jacksonville and wins again
with another score of 100...great dog!
- October 13, 2007 Macy wins her RAE in Jacksonville today, she
won both the advance class and the excellent class and scored a perfect
100 in both.
- October 6,7 2007 Macy and maria took off to Tampa Fl. for the
weekend and macy came back home with 2 excellent standard legs, both
with first place....another good job done by Macy!
- September 22, 2007 Macy makes the newspaper
and new news with wins!!!!! Macy finished her OAJ today in Orlando,
FL. she finished her title with 2 first places and one second place.

- September 2007 Cheryl Lee called to say that her boy Woodlawn
Myheartnsoul won his second three point major at the Lexington, KY.
show . Guy only needs 2 points to finish his Championship! He is out
Tuffy/Asta puppy. Congratulations Cheryl on a nice win.
- August 19th: Macy wins again! Macy won 3 of 4 classes and finished
in her 4th class scoring 99....there were 3-100's, she got 2 100's
and 2- 99's! Maria said, that she is so proud of her since at the
show right before they went in the ring, they were dropping something
really loud right next to them and it made the building shake, but
macy stood her ground, sucked it up and ended up with a perfect score,
talk about trusting her mom, with all that noise she really wanted
to leave the building! Anyway she now has 2 more RAE legs with 3 more
to go. Remarkable dog, great trainer, proud breeder.
- August 4th, 2007: Maria wrote today to say that her Macy picked
up her second OAJ leg with a clean run and a first place, she also
picked up 4 legs toward her RAE. Good job girls!
- July 14, 15, 2007: Cheryl Lee E-mailed me to say that Woodlawn
My Guy Heartnsoul [GUY] earned his Novice Rally Title. Congratulations
Cheryl and Guy. Guyver is one of our Tuffy/Asta pups.
- June 2007 We are excited to say that Woodlawn Matinee
Idol [Matt] is now a new Champion, finishing today in Oklahoma with
a 3 point major...Matt only needed one point to finish so the major
was an added plus, giving Matt a total of 4 major wins to his credit!
Matt is also the first Tuffy puppy to finish his Championship with
others to follow soon. Matt is out of CH. Darboshea How do you like
me now, and CH. Woodlawn I Classy Asta. Owned and loved by Pat Wright.

- June 2007 Diane Garrod wrote to say that her male Kody
Bear as she so fondly calls him [Fargo/Classy] won his first 3 point
major at the Puyallup show, Wa. Kody bear also has 2 legs toward his
RN title. Congratulation Diane and Kody.
- On April 4, 2007 Cheryl Lee called
to tell me her Tuffy/Asta pup had won a 4 point major, and was she
ever excited! Woodlawn My Guy Heartnsoul had gone WD,BOW,BOB over
several specials, and one being a BIS special. This was at the Columbus,
Ohio show under Judge Paula Hartinger. Guyver needs one more major
and some single points to finish. Best of Luck Cher and Guy!
- April 2007 Macy finished her NAG with another first place
and another perfect score. Macy also finished her CD title with a
third place at the Jacksonville show a week later.
- March 2007 Macy got her jumpers leg in USDAA in a blistering
17 seconds and a first place.
- March 2007 Maria Oehler wrote to say that Macy Ch. Woodlawn's
Kartouche RE, NA now has two legs toward her CD, at the Eustic, FL.

- March 25, 2007 Diane A. Garrod wrote to say that Woodlawn K Smokey
Koyote CGC, therapy dog, won his first point at the Peninsula Dog
Fanciers club. Kody is a Fargo/ Classy male, littermate to Macy and
Vinnie. Best wishes Diane with Kody.
- March 2007 News from Cheryl Hardman, about her boy "Sting"
. On March 17 and 18th Sting finished his NA [novice agility] and
NAJ [novice agility jumpers] title, he won first place four times
and a second place twice. Good job Sting and Cheryl!!!!!
- February 2007 Macy got her first leg toward her OA with a first
place in the 24" class.
2006
- December 11, 2006 Sting, CH. Woodlawn Just To Die For qualified
today in Novice Standard and in novice jumpers and weavers. He got
his first leg in novice standard with first place and a perfect score
of 100, he got his first leg in novice jumpers with weaves with second
place and a 95 score. Cheryl will be back in the Spring with her beautiful
boy for more titles.
- November 19, 2006 Pat Wright called this weekend to say that
Woodlawn Matinee Idol "Matt" went WD, BOW for a 4 point
major at the Council Bluffs Kennel Club. Matt has a total of 8 points
now.
- November 18, 2006 Macy finished her RE today with a first place
win. Maria and Macy have had a very successful year together, but
there will be more to come in 2007. Wait and see!
- November 5,2006 Maria wrote to say that Macy finished her novice
agility title today in style! Three trials, three perfect scores,
three first places, Maria added that Macy makes her really look good!!!!!!
Congratulations again Maria and Macy.
- October 29, 2006...Maria Oehlerm wrote to brag that Macy scored
a perfect 100 in agility and got first in her class. Thanks for the
news maria, and congrats on the big score.
- October 22, 2006 Cheryl Hardman wrote to say that Sting got his
RE. From start to finish Sept. 1 through Oct. 22 he was in 9 trials
and finished all 3 titles. He tied for first today, but got beat on
his time. Score was 99 for 2nd place. It was a tougher course than
yesterday. He got 2nd then too with 97. Sting has won 7 titles this
year alone. He is now U-CD, AG1, Champion Woodlawn Just To Die For
CD CGC RE. Now onto agility for Cheryl and Sting.
- October 22, 2006 Woodlawn's Vinnie K wins 2 points at the Springfield,
IL. show and on Monday the 23 Woodlawn's Matt from Colorado wins another
point toward his Ch. So it was a good weekend and always fun to see
old friends.
- October 14, 2006 Our puppy boy Matt out of Tuffy and Asta is
now major pointed....Matt is just turning a year old so we were thrilled
with his 3 point major...Matt is owned by Pat Wright, Colorado
- October 14, 2006 Barbara Senne called to say that Ch Fresco now
has a CD at the end of this name. Congratulations Barbara, I know
how hard it is for you to get to the shows living way out in the hills
of Deer Lodge, MT.
- October 3, 2006 Cheryl hardman wrote to say that CH Woodlawn
just To Die For now has another title...Sting got his U-CD with a
first, 2- 2nds, and a third. Cheryl has been working hard, and it
shows, I have a feeling we are going to be hearing more about Sting
and Cheryl. Congrats to this well working team!

say that her male CH. Woodlawn's Fresco passed his CGC . Fresco is
8 now and still the love of Barbara's life. Congrats Fresco and Barbara
- May 2006 Fara, is now Champion Woodlawn Justa Shining Star! Fara
went WB, BOW, BOS for a 4 point major. Fara, is sired by my Omega

- May 7, 2006 Diane Garrod wrote to say that Woodlawn K Smokey
Koyote "Kody Bear" received his first point toward his Championship
in Walla Walla Washington, he also has his CGC and first leg toward
his Rally Novice title RN. Diane said she expects to see Big things

- April 30, 2006 Fara goes WB and BOB for another point, Our little
Misty out of Asta and Tuffy goes RWB, this was Misty's first show
and she did pretty good considering she has only had a few classes
to go to.
- April 23.2006 Our Macy is moved up to the advanced level and
scored the highest yet! Maria tried for first place with a 99, but
lost it on time, so they are settling for second and deliriously to
do that. I would think so Maria :] you and Macy do us all proud.
- April 22, 2006 Maria writes to say that Macy finished her RN
today, she added that Macy did absolutely fantastic!! Maria said,
she blew a perfect 100 due to incorrect execution of the side step
right. Ended with a 90 score. Not bad at all Maria, you and Macy did
good.
- April 8, 2006 Cheryl Hardman writes to say that Sting now has
a CD title at the end of his name! CH. Woodlawn Just To Die For CD
,scored 194 1/2 for second place and finished the next day with a
third place score of 195, great job, and now on to Rally for Sting
and Cheryl.
- March 25, 2006 Maria Oehler writes that Macy, CH. Woodlawn's
Kartouche got her first leg toward her novice ralley title, Macy scored
97 out of 100 and took fourth. Maria is extremely proud of Macy because
this was a very hard course.
- March 26, 06 Macy does it again....her second leg for her Rally
title, score of 95! Good job girls!

- March 2006 Cheryl Hardman writes to tell me that her beautiful
boy Sting, Ch.woodlawn Just To Die For now has one leg toward his
CD title, that he received at out WI. regional this spring. Cheryl
has been working very hard with Sting and it shows, Sting will have
his CD in no time and be a well rounded Tervuren with a title at one
end and the other!!
- February 2006 Congratulation to Pat Wright for her 5 point
Major on her lovely Classy/Saber son Woodlawn Jordon....Jordy ,picked
up a total of 6 points at the Denver Colorado shows this last weekend.
Jordon needs one major to finish his Championship.
2005
- September 2005 Barbara Sene from Deer Lodge MT. called today
[Sept. 25,05] to say that her Champion male Woodlawn Fresco made the
long trip to the Helena Kennel Club and got his first and second leg
toward his CD title with a first place score of 197 out of 20 dogs,
the second day Fresco won another first place score of 196 out of
13 dogs. Good job Barbara and Fresco!!
- July 16th, 2005...Our little pom Reagon won WB, BOS for 2 points
at the Cape Girardeau show this weekend, Reagon is out with her breeders
Mari Iffland, and Debbi Kingery. Way to go little Reagon, You are
just way too cute!!!! I also received news from Leslee Pollina that
her girl Asta won BOS at the same show...congrats to both my girls.
- June 26, 2005 Woodlawn Justa A Shining Star picked up another
point at the Iowa City show toward her Championship, Fara has 10 points,
one major and needs another major and 2 single points. It has been
so hot here that we will not be showing next month, hope our lovely
girl will hold her coat for the next shows.
- June 4, 2005 Our beautiful Fara went to Purina Farms in MO. to
show and meet friends, we had a great time there and wanted it to
last forever! Fara on Saturday won WB, BOS for a 4 point major over
some lovely bitches, and Sunday went RWB. We are very proud of this
lovely girl. Fara is Woodlawn Justa a Shining Star
- April 2005 Congratulation Mary Samocha and C.J.! C.J.
Is our sweet veteran bitch that just goes on forever :] Mary wrote
to tell me that C.J. has another new title to her name....she is now
Champion Woodlawn Classic Jewel CD, PT,OA,NAJ,NAP,OJP,TDT,CGC, and
now added RN for Rally Novice....C.J. recieved her title in 3 trials
with 91, 95, and 87 scores. Mary, you and C.J. are amazing!
- April 2005 C.J. gets another title! she is now CH. Woodlawn
Classic Jewel CD, RN, PT, OA, NAP, NAJ, OJP. Mary Samocha said that
they will continue working on their OAP and next Rally title this
summer. C.J was whelped September 5, 1992.....and still going strong!

- April 25, 2005 was a very sad day here at Woodlawn, we lost our
sweet boy Magic...Champion Woodlawn Classic Magic Image. Magic was
my second AKC Champion and first group placer. He was sired by BIS,BISS
Labelle's A Liberte from the Liberte kennel, Cheryl Hardman...his
Dam was Luisance de mont- Cenis from the De Mont -Cenis kennel, Vi
Wilson.
- April 2005 Magic was whelped on September 5th 1992 and my pick
male in the litter....he will always be here in our mind and our heart....Magic
was buried next to his mother Flare on our farm. Good bye dear friend
...you were MAGIC!

- January 8, 2005 Woodlawn Kallme Etta goes into the ring for her
first show in St. Paul, MN. and comes out with RWB under some pretty
stiff compitition....congratulations Sherry and Henry Zwart from Prescott,

- December - Cheryl Hardmans girl Willow passed her CGC test on
December 9th,2004....Good going Cheryl and Willow. Willow's reg. name
is Woodlawn's Jasmine. I liked the Jasmine and Cheryl liked the Willow
- December - Reagon our Pom wins big at the Kankakee show November
28th 2004. Reagon placed W.B. and went to win Best Of Breed over a
male special , and top 10 handler...The little orange and Sable girl
goes in the group ring and comes out with a Group 4.....what an exciting
day for owner and her breeders Debbie Kingery and Mari Iffland. Reagon's
Reg. name is Debut'sfire Rages On.
- On November 13th, Macy wins another 4 pt. major going W.B. and
BOW. This was Macy's third time out in the ring at now just 7 months
old....Macy has a total of 12 points.....2 more to go for Macy and
maria.....Good Luck girls
- October 9, 2004 - Congratulation goes to Maria Oehler and her
6 month old puppy Macy. Macy entered her first show in Mason City,
Iowa and came away with WB, BOB over two specials for a 5 point major...Macy
than goes on to be pulled in the group ring! What a day it was for
her proud owner, and breeder. Macy is known as
Woodlawn's Kartouche.
- October 10, 2004 Mason City, Iowa Macy comes out of the ring
with WB, BOW for a 4 point major.....first two shows , 9 points! Wow!
